A Peaceful Heart Home Care Services LLC

About Us

Our Story

Built from lived experience, not theory.

A Peaceful Heart Home Care Services was founded by Kourtney and Marlon St Cyr.  Drawing from Kourtney’s social work background of more than fifteen years in post-acute and hospital-based care, APHHCS became a resource. Much of that experience focused on supporting individuals after discharge, when families are often left navigating care decisions without clear guidance.

The inspiration for the business became personal when Kourtney helped care for her grandmother. Supporting her through daily needs, transportation, and appointments revealed how essential steady, non-medical support can be for individuals who want to remain at home. That experience shaped the foundation of A Peaceful Heart and its approach to care.

Today, the company provides non-medical home support designed to fit into daily life, guided by planning, coordination, and respect for each individual’s situation.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to support individuals, families, and their loved ones through a peaceful transition from independence to added support at home. We do this through daily assistance, thoughtful coordination, and companionship that helps life continue with dignity and stability.

VISION STATEMENT

“Providing a Peace of Mind with a Caring Heart”

Why Choose A Peaceful Heart

Because stability matters when support enters the home.

Families look for support they can rely on without constant adjustment. This is how we approach our work.

Built Around Daily Life

Support is shaped around familiar routines, preferences, and pace, so home continues to feel like home.

Clarity When Decisions Feel Heavy

We help families understand options and plan ahead through guidance and coordination, not pressure.

Grounded in Real Experience

Our approach comes from years of post-acute and home-based support work, informed by real situations, not theory.

Consistency Over Time

Support remains steady as needs shift. Families stay informed, and adjustments happen thoughtfully, not abruptly.
